I have noticed a major improvement in my endurance training since I booked my furnished apartment in Florence Kentucky here in Northern Kentucky. I have felt so good the entire time that I have been in the care of the wonderful people at Valley View Furnished Condos and am so excited to see how my performance improves by the end of this training phase.
The original draw for coming here is the elevation change and the many routes I can take that not only test the duration of my runs, but also hills and straightaways that I’m able to change up my routine with the ensure a more well-rounded training cycle. Back home, the topography is fairly even, which can certainly be nice for some long runs, but having the kind of setting that I have here in Northern Kentucky is what will make me even better.
Running has really blossomed as a passion of mine in recent years, since I most definitely hated running as a kid and while I was growing up as a young adult. Even though it’s been somewhat of a late stage discovery by most athlete’s standards, I have loved all of the support and help I have received from my running community so far.
The community is easily one of the best perks to the sport that I had no knowledge of at all before getting more into running itself. At this point, I have a couple of online forums and running groups that I will check in with and share stats and stories with, and even a couple people around my own town that I can meet up with for a run or even just to hang out with.
Naturally, part of the draw for this community is that we push each other to improve and stay healthy throughout our progress.
